About our little shop

Handmade surf decor from us to you.

Every Board we make starts in a lumber yard, our hands sorting piles of hundred year old redwood, only taking with us the ones that shine. Our machines come alive as we mill the wood down to the perfect planks. A stack of wood grows, and as the machines come to be still, that stack is layed out on a table and we look upon them, placing them into sets from which each board will be shaped. There’s few things better than running your hands on freshly cut lumber, your fingers stir across the age old patterns as they streak across its newly uncovered beauty.. We spend hours getting them just right, sanding the rails by hand and shaping each fin from exotic hardwoods from across the world. We want every board to be stunning, encompassing all the beauty of the natural wood, shaped by time and season, coupled with a connection to the surf, the wave, that sweet stoke. Whenever I finish shaping a surfboard I can almost feel the sand wedged under my foot and the smell of the waves as i push out. It makes sense. It’s Love.

Surfing is about love

Years ago I would spend all day in the ocean and in the sand, coming home wet and tired. It gave me clarity, a peace inside myself that i could not get anywhere else. My wife and I wanted that peace and love of the waves to be brought into our home, and soon after we were shipping our boards all over the world. We take the time to hand make each board, our greatest satisfaction is the love we hope you feel when you display your one of a kind surfboard.
